Phil Frost is the first major monograph devoted to American contemporary artist Phil Frost, documenting the development of his distinctive visual language from his early New York street work in the 1990s to his gallery and museum practice. The book combines Frost's own work with essays by Carlo McCormick and Pushead.

Frost's work blends graffiti, street art, tribal-inspired imagery, typography, symbolism and mixed-media painting. His compositions frequently incorporate mask-like faces, stylized glyphs, found objects and intricate graphic patterns.
